Magnus has over 20 years of investment management experience and is the co-founder of Embla Fund Management AG. After six years at the London-based private investment firm Alta Advisers, he moved to Zürich in 2008 to set up a multi-family office. In 2011, Magnus co-founded a boutique investment firm in Zürich overseeing the investment portfolio on behalf of a European foundation. Partnering with Gustaf, the two worked together for over a decade before founding Embla. Magnus is a Swedish citizen and speaks Swedish, English and German. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in History, Economics and Politics from the University of London.

Gustaf has more than 25 years of financial, operational and investment management experience. In 2022, he co-founded Embla Fund Management AG, where he initially served as Chief Executive Officer. Over the course of his career, he has worked internationally across several industries, including consumer goods, telecommunications, and education, holding both financial and operational leadership positions. Before co-founding Embla, Gustaf partnered with Magnus at a Zürich-based boutique investment firm, where they worked together for more than a decade focusing on investment strategy and long-term value creation. He is a Swedish and Swiss citizen and speaks Swedish, English, German and Spanish. Gustaf holds a B.A. (Hons) in International Business from the European Business School, London.

Adrian has more than 15 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He serves as a Member of the Group Executive Management at VP Bank AG, where he is responsible for the strategic development of the Region Liechtenstein and the British Virgin Islands (BVI) as well as the Group’s intermediaries' business. He began his career at the Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein before joining Kaiser Partner Privatbank AG, where he held various leadership roles. He later served as Chief Investment Officer at Graubündner Kantonalbank and as Chief Executive Officer of BZ Bank AG. Adrian joined VP Bank Group in 2023. A Swiss citizen, he is fluent in German and English. He holds a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Liechtenstein and completed the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme (AMLP) at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, a Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Daniel has over 20 years of legal experience. He is a Partner at Marxer Attorneys, specialising in Banking, Finance & Capital Markets, and Private Clients. Daniel is admitted to the bar in Austria and Liechtenstein, he is further a Liechtenstein public notary and a licensed professional Liechtenstein fiduciary. He joined Marxer Attorneys in 2009 and became a Partner in 2015. Daniel is an Austrian citizen and speaks German, English, Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian. He studied Law (Mag.iur and Dr.iur) at the University of Vienna, and Law Studies (LL.M) at the University of Virginia. Daniel is a Board member of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Notaries, and a lecturer in Liechtenstein Foundation Law & Persons and Companies Law at the University of Innsbruck. He is author of several publications on Liechtenstein Banking, Foundation and Trust law.

Markus is a Member of the Executive Management at Embla Fund Management AG and has worked in the fund management industry for almost 25 years. He started his career in the fund industry at Crystal Fund Management/BFC Fund Management AG before moving to Ahead Wealth Solutions AG. Markus then worked at CAIAC Fund Management AG/ZEUS Anstalt für Vermögensverwaltung before joining Embla Fund Management AG at the firm’s inception. Markus is a Swiss citizen and speaks German and English. He completed a postgraduate course in Business Management/Management Techniques, and is a Certified Fund Advisor (Fondest), Certified Fund Officer (IAF). Markus also completed his Certificate International Fund Strategy.

Chano is a Member of the Executive Management at Embla Fund Management AG and has worked in banking and investment management for more than 20 years. He started his career at a DiBa Bank A/S before moving to Sydbank (Schweiz) AG. He later worked at VP Bank AG. Chano is a Danish citizen and speaks Danish, German and English. He studied Economics (M.Sc.) at the University of Copenhagen and University of Vienna and holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
